Apoorva Murkumbi and Kirti Nerlekar are the founders of Beleza Realty. They are united by a clear, shared view of what well-made homes should be – thoughtfully designed, carefully built, and aesthetics that are meant to endure. Their partnership has been rooted in a long-standing friendship and more than a decade of working together.
Apoorva’s background in management and marketing within large multinational organisations informs her measured approach to design and detail. She focuses on creating homes that are balanced and purposeful, with an emphasis on warm liveability and lasting appeal. Kirti brings experience across travel, tourism, and real estate, along with a strong grounding in commercial strategy and project management. His role ensures each development is planned and delivered with precision, accountability, and care.
Together, they have built Beleza Realty. It is positioned as a boutique real estate developer known for restraint, quality, and a considered approach to building. Beleza Realty is now well known for making homes that are refined and never overstated.
